Service Fees
Any service or counseling fees paid to Campus Way Education Consultancy are for consultation, guidance, and administrative support during the admission process.
Refund Eligibility
Fees paid for counseling services are generally non-refundable once the service process has started.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Payment made due to technical error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The student changes their decision after counseling services are provided
- Admission is not secured due to eligibility criteria or institutional policies
- The student fails to complete required documentation or procedures
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
